Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
We cannot accept returns for:
Personalized or custom-made items
Gift cards
Final sale / discounted clearance items
Items returned used or damaged by misuse

The quickest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original product and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned in original condition with proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
